Moerane Supplies (Pty) Ltd

By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site or services.

Moerane Supplies is a South African-based hospitality supply company. We provide a range of products and services including kitchen equipment, smalls, uniforms, cleaning supplies, dry and frozen goods, packaging, and equipment servicing.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers and visitors using our website or doing business with us.


2. Products and Services

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • Product specifications and images on the website are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products and pricing without prior notice.

  • Custom or special orders may be subject to extended lead times and non-refundable terms.


3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders must be confirmed in writing via email, WhatsApp, or our website contact form.

  • A formal quote will be issued, and orders will be processed once payment is received (unless a credit facility is in place).

  • Accepted payment methods include EFT and other methods as specified in your invoice.

  • Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.


4. Delivery

  • Moerane Supplies delivers nationally across South Africa.

  • Delivery lead times depend on location and product availability.

  • Delivery fees may apply and will be communicated during the quoting process.

  • Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery and receipt of goods.


5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only if the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Special orders, custom items, and consumables are non-returnable.

  • Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Approved returns may be subject to a handling or restocking fee.


6. Equipment Servicing and Repairs

  • Our team offers servicing and repairs on both Moerane-supplied equipment and other brands.

  • All repairs are quoted before work is carried out.

  • Warranty on repairs varies depending on the service and parts used.


7. Use of the Website

  • You agree not to misuse the website or its contents for unlawful purposes.

  • All content, including text, images, logos, and downloadable material, remains the intellectual property of Moerane Supplies and may not be reproduced without permission.


8. Limitation of Liability

Moerane Supplies will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods or services in question.


9. Privacy and Data Protection
